Use a spoon or dull knife to remove solid materials. For liquid spills, blot up with a white towel or paper towel.
- For large stains, work from the outside of stains to the center to prevent spreading.
- Test HomePro Spotter first on fiber in an inconspicuous area for color-fastness and texture change.
- Apply HomePro Spotter directly to the stained/soiled area. Avoid saturating the fiber. For Upholstery or delicate fibers, apply HomePro to the white cloth first, then blot stains.
- Use a clean, white, absorbent cloth. Agitate lightly and then blot to absorb the stain into the cloth.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.
- If stain is gone, place an absorbent white towel or paper towel over the area cleaned, and weigh towels down with a heavy, color-fast object, such as a weighted plastic wastebasket.
- Change towels or paper towels until carpet dries.
- If stain remains, proceed to Step 4
Note: It is possible for some residual portion of the stain to remain. This will often disappear as the area dries. Some stains may wick and reappear during the drying process. If the stain reappears due to wicking proceed to Step 4.
Where Do I Get HomePro Spotter?
You can get your complimentary bottle of HomePro Spotter at our office, during Business hours, at 912 East 26th Street. Just east of the corner of Avenue I and 26th street. You receive free refills of HomePro Spotter, just bring in your empty bottles and we will replace them with new bottles, at no charge to you of course. Heartland Cleaning Services, Inc gives a complimentary refillable bottle of HomePro Spotter to every residential carpet or upholstery client that we clean for.
