 The inside center squares of this photo show the difference our cleaning system made with this 3-year-old glazed ceramic kitchen floor as compared to our client's daily maintenance using dry and wet “Swiffering”. We presprayed detergents, machine scrubbed the tile using a tile and grout brush and then the floor was high heat rinsed and extracted using our powerful van mounted system.
After steam cleaning, the tile floor was post padded with 100% cotton bonnets removing the maximum amount of soil and residue.
Protect Grout from Future Stains
Once the cleaning is complete a solvent based penetrating grout sealer is applied. This sealer will protect your grout from both water and oil based stains. Once sealed your grout will be protected against everyday dirt and spills. With proper cleaning this sealer will help keep your floor looking its best for years to come.
